Victor Bell from Warhorse Strength Camp dies…sports training, wrestling, mma, football training in hawaii will miss him…until tomorrow…keep reading

Don't worry...when I die they'll be a blaze of glory....I refuse to go gently into the night!!!

But I choose to die daily....who I was yesterday I allow to die with the night...
I dont do everthing right as an achiever, as an athlete I hope to train hard, eat right, get all my shit going...
But not all the time that happens...

So I take the time to let myself off the hook and say f**k it...tonight when i go to bed, victor bell from today dies and I'm born again...to create the actions I want....yesterday is over...let it go..

I went to a class years ago called tbe samurai game...
I was elected the damiyo of the army of the south...I sent my army to battle, we fought and won...I actually was the last standing soldier from the battle that ending with a battle of damiyos duel to the death...I learned a lot from that experience. The most impactful being to accept death and move on... the morning of the simulations of war we were told to embrace the days outcomes as if real, say goodbye and come in " state." I wrote letters to my kids, I severed business ties, planned my day according and went to war (simulation)

The death was a life change for me...
So ever night even now I replay my day, I trained, spent time with my girl, my kids, my athletes, share my vision for the gym with the world...close my eyes and die to the day without regret ready to be reborn the next...

If you're an athlete its too easy to linger on the days failures, things that didnt happen, failed goals, missed chances....just die to yourself and rebuild the new you...without guilt, without regret....period.

Don't be the one who's always talking bout what didnt get done yesterday, be the new one that's doing whatever it takes today...

So Victor Bell as we know him today must die today to live tomorrow...

It's not living in the future or depending on the past....its understanding that the only moment that matters is this one....

This was actually pretty deep Victor, I loved it. You just gave me the motivation to go pump it for an extra 20 minutes. It's not yesterday, it's not tomorrow, it's right now baby.
